Winemaker's Notes:

Percentage Grape: 40% Trebbiano, 40% Garganega, 20% Cortese, Tocai, Riesling Italico and Malvasia Toscana.<br/><br/>Soil: Red and brown hillside soils: limestone over glacial drift.<br/><br/>Growing Climate: Production zone Hills of Custoza. Training system Espalier with on average 25 year-old vines.<br/><br/>Date of Harvest: Middle of September.<br/><br/>Type of Harvest: The grapes are harvested by hand between the end of August and early September and then undergo a soft pressing.<br/><br/>Vinification Method: After a brief period of contact with the skins, the must ferments at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine thus obtained is then left to mature - once again in stainless steel - for a short while.<br/><br/>Vinification Temperature: 18°C<br/><br/>Alcohol Percentage: 12 %
