Situated between Trotanoy and Latour a Pomerol, this estate has come on strong over the last 4-5 years under the guidance of the Chasseuil family. The 15-acre vineyard planted in sandy/gravelly soils ... Robert Parker. A Bordeaux Blend wine from Bordeaux in France. 2006 Feytit Clinet 1500ml

Winemaker's Notes:

Specially selected for us by Jeremy Chasseuil from one of Pomerol's risingstars, Ch. Feytit-Clinet. This delicious Merlot-dominated Claret has rich, smooth, supple plum & blackberry fruit with subtle chocolate hints. Locatedin the district of Pomerol known as Clinet, its distinguished origins areevident, while its velvety texture supports Pomerol's reputation as the'Burgundy of Bordeaux!'. This would be an excellent match with beef & gamedishes.
