Food Pairings for Beringer White Zinfandel Premier
I didn't like this wine too much. It has a real moldy, or as I like to say, (tastes like feet). It's not as sweet as other White Zins that I have had in the past. Overall a cheap wine for a cheap price and tastes may vary.

I like this for when I just want a light refreshing glass of wine, on its own or with a meal.
Well I'm no wine connoisseur in fact I'm just starting to drink and try new things. I however got the chance to try this wine. Although it is only second wine I've tried, I have to say I only had a few sips. I couldn't stand it enough to finish a glass. But maybe after drinking and trying more I will try it again to see if I changed my mind. Oh yes and we bought this bottle for $6.97
External Reviews for Beringer White Zinfandel Premier
Beringer's winemakers highlight Zinfandel's characteristically bright, fruity characteristics to create a light, refreshing blush wine. Immediately following gentle destemming and crushing, the must (pulp, juice and skins) is quickly chilled to preserve its fresh strawberry, raspberry and orange peel aromas and flavors. Just as a slight rose hue develops, the juice is pressed off the skins and fermented at carefully controlled, cool temperatures. To impart a slightly creamy texture and round out the vibrant berry and citrus flavors with notes of pear, apple and nutmeg spice, Beringer's winemakers blend in approximately twenty-percent barrel-fermented Chardonnay. - Winery
This is drier-styled White Zin that has a refreshing edge along with tons of fruit and a nice sweetness.

For many years, Beringer's viticulture team has worked with premier California vineyards renowned for high quality Zinfandel fruit. Their rocky, well-drained soils and warm, even climates foster flavorful grapes ideal for Beringer Vineyard's White Zinfandel. Winemaking The grapes were picked early in the morning, before the heat of the day set in, to preserve the Zinfandel varietal's bright, fresh fruit flavors. After crushing, the juice was left in contact with the skins for approximately three hours to extract a light ruby hue, reminiscent of plum blossoms. After gently pressing the grapes, Beringer winemakers used a slow, cool fermentation to highlight the wine's fresh aromas and flavors of summer berries, citrus and honeydew melon.
