This Shiraz is both drinkable and complex, with deliciously intense fruit as well as a fair amount of nuance. Blackberry, black currant and berry flavors lead to deep black cherry notes. Cocoa and spice linger in a finish that is deliciously persistent. This wine beautifully complements grilled chicken or rack of lamb.
