deep bouquet, very earthy, with pepper, spicy fruits, oak, tobacco throughout. a shade less round in the mouth than the knights valley cabernet because of the soil tones, which is perhaps why the finish is just slightly less smooth as well. but overall, a pleasant evening wine in cooler weather.

Wine Tasting NotesBright red fruit, plum, toffee and cedar aromas lead into a mouthful bursting with black cherry, coffee and blackberry flavors, with just a hint of fresh rosemary and spice. This wine has fleshy tannins giving an overall impression of plushness and depth to the wine.
