This limited reserve Semillon reflects Myron and Alice Nightingale's 25-year study of botrytis cinerea. Under ideal conditions, the botrytis concentrated the grape's varietal character and imparted the complexity and nuances synonymous with the rare pourriture noble. Sugar prior to fermentation: 36 gm/100ml. Residual sugar: 10.3 gm/100ml. Total acidity: 80 gm/100ml. Alcohol 12.0% by volume.
