Notes of brioche, hazelnut, marmalade, honeyed tropical fruits, buttered citrus, and a gentle touch of smoke are found in this full-bodied, concen- trated wine with impressive purity, depth, and length. It should drink well for 4-5 years.

Quaffing wine - with fish, pork or a late Spring Saturday afternoon. This is certainly NOT a tradtional French thing and that's just fine - it's bright, a little acidic, balanced and refreshing. I plan to make three or four really big cork board one day!
A beautiful California style chardonnay--I do not think there are any better at this price. Some may not find this much oak attractive, but there is ample fruit to balance it and lend complexity on the nose and palate.
Ok so I have never really had much wines but I'm trying them out. Although this wine I didn't like, and we never finished the bottle. Maybe I'll try it again after I try more kinds.

Goldgelbe Farbe, Aromen die an reife Birnen, Äpfel, Mango, Ananas und andere exotische Früchte erinnern. Am Gaumen frisch, fruchtig, komplex, ausgeglichen, Vanille- und Karamelaromen, im Abgang leicht würzig.
Bright tropical fruit and citrus aromas lead to mouth-filling flavors of apples and pears. Malolactic fermentation and barrel aging contribute to a soft creaminess and long finish that complements grilled fish and linguine with garlic-basil pesto.
Smoky, toasty oak aromas show riper, richer fruit flavors on the palate, with ripe fig, melon, apricot and spice nuances. The flavors turn delicate and complex on the finish. Drink now through 2010.
Rich and unctuous, with ripe, intense smoked pineapple, toasted cumin, hazelnut and nutmeg. Finishes with a solid dose of oak, but it holds together nicely. Drink now.
Silky-textured and well-proportioned, with rich toasty oak wrapped around a core of ripe pear, tangerine and fig-infused flavors. Finishes with a delicate aftertaste and lots of subtle nuances. Drink now through 2005.
Beringer's premier Chardonnay frequents our Top 100 (it was No. 1 in 1996) and as the 2006 shows, the Beringer winemaking team can produce an excellent wine even in a challenging year. Harvesting from three different vineyards and aging the lots separately in 77 percent new French oak, winemaker Laurie Hook blended a rich and complex white with layers of flavor, texture and finesse.
Lots of butter and butterscotch on the nose and palate play a prominent role in this ultrarich and saturated style, with smoky fig, apricot and honeydew melon flavors that are long and complex. Drink now through 2007.
