Vintage: 2009 08/12/2011

Not bad. Decent tannins for the price. Black cherry and blueberry with some easter candy. A little bit hot-the alcohol comes through. I'd buy this again on sale as a dinner wine.

I can't put my finger on any one thing, but this wine was just really mediocre to me. The taste is just a little off. It's an inexpensive wine though. The alcohol comes through strong, the body is a little thin, an I think it's lacking some needed acidity or something. It's not a wine I would buy again.
