Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Aging in French oak aided in the creation of a rich, smooth, vanilla-laden chardonnay. Butter and light touches of caramel add depth to the delicate fruit flavors.

Butterscotch, honey, nutmeg, and toasted coconut aromas highlight mouth-coating tropical fruit, creamy vanilla and balancing citrus flavors.

A junior version of the Private Reserve with many of the same qualities of opulently ripe tropical fruit, lavish oak and toast, and a rich, creamy texture. Of course, it's not as massive as the PR, but is nonetheless a good wine.

As opulent as they come. Oozes over the palate... Tropical-fruit flavors; creamy custardy texture.

Has an especially ripe and creamy mouthfeel with complex layers of pineapple, apple, pear and citrus flavors and hints of toasted almond, vanilla and nutmeg spice.
