Beringer Napa Valley Merlot 2009
External Reviews for Beringer Napa Valley Merlot
Nice for the price. Therersquo;s some juicy fruit along with greener, thinner notes, but well-structured, with the velvety tannins of far more expensive wines. Dry, but soft. A good everyday wine.
Himbeerrosa Farbe, Aromen die an rote Beeren, besonders Erdbeeren, Pfirsiche und Wassermelonen erinnern. Am Gaumen frische Fruchtaromen, leicht süsslich, spritzig und erfrischend.
Focused plum, berry and herb flavors ride on a supple though tightly knit frame. A new California appellation from Beringer. Drink now through 2003.
Earth, wild berry, tar and black currant flavors are supple and round, with harmonious toasty oak and herbal tones. Drink now through 2005.
Blackberry, cinnamon and sweet cream aromas give Beringerrsquo;s bouquet a fresh-out-of-the-oven pie smell. This soft, supple Shiraz has juicy berry fruit, black chocolate and vanilla flavors and a clean, tart berry fruit and mineral finish. An easy-to-drink crowd-pleaser.
Toasty oak tones of mocha and vanilla integrate nicely with black currant and plum flavors. Excellent value. Drink now through 2005.
Ripe cherry and plum flavors, subtle herbal notes and soft tannic structure combine to produce a wine filled with rich flavor and a velvety texture.
