- Excellent value, rich but not overly oaky.

- The Beringer Founders Estate Cabernet bursts with brightcassis, black fruit and sweet brown spice aromas with just a touchof vanilla that leads into a juicy mouthfeel. A balanced dose ofstructured tannins and its long finish make this unmistakably aCalifornia Cabernet. However, this Cabernet doesn't need to becellared; it's ready to drink now.

- To achieve its well-balanced rich cherry and berry character, this wine was aged in small French and American Oak barrels. Match it with hearty pasta, pork and roast beef.
