Benziger Family Winery Sauvignon Blanc Sonoma Mountain 2011
Pale yellow. Cool, restrained aromas and flavors of lemon zest, green apple and white pepper. Bright and peppery but could use more depth. Finishes tangy and spicy.Add winemaker's notes
Pale in the glass. Average nose, but unfortunately of cat pee. Intensely flavored and crisp. Grapefruit, lime, herbs and mineral. Not enough fruit to balance the flavor out well. Fair finish. - Schreiner's Winers "Springtime Sauvignon Blanc" Tasting 3/12/10
Note: I have this listed as a Carneros. Maybe wrong type? Crisp lemon, steel, puckery. Food wine.

A really pretty Sauvignon Blanc, crisp in acidity and with a tangy mineral streak that gives punch to the fruit. Rich in orange, Meyer lemon and lime flavors, it finishes with a touch of honey. A steal at this price.
..Citrus melon and fig flavors are backed up with firm acidity and the finish is a little sweet. Enjoy this refresher on its own or with figs and chevre....citrus melon...concentrated good concentration...firm aciditywinemaker's notes:T
