Benziger Family Winery Sauvignon Blanc Sonoma Mountain 2008
Wine Tasting Notes Stainless steel fermentation preserves the bright, crisp character of our Sauvignon Blanc. Grassy aromas introduce flavors of lemon, melon and grapefruit. Generous fruit is enhanced by a refreshing acidic structure and harmonious mouthfeel. Enjoy with white fish, summer salads or fresh fruit.
Pale in the glass. Average nose, but unfortunately of cat pee. Intensely flavored and crisp. Grapefruit, lime, herbs and mineral. Not enough fruit to balance the flavor out well. Fair finish. - Schreiner's Winers "Springtime Sauvignon Blanc" Tasting 3/12/10
