Food Pairings for Benjamin Nieto Senetiner Tempranillo
Appearance: Ruby with purple-pink disc. Tears are a little spaced out, thin and fast. Smell: Red fruits, blackberries. A little green with mint and coriander notes. Taste: Good balance, a little acid. Light in the mouth, very few tanins. It is still a little green, but now you taste blueberries. There is a little wood which added to the wine's structure. Overall: Good simple wine with little complexity. It has a great price/quality ratio and is an everyday wine. It will match pretty much any traditional red wine dishes if you avoid the too complex or too simple ones.
