A dry, unctuous white wine that's made from the ever-friendly Chenin Blanc grape. This Chenin is incredibly rich on the palate with piercing aromas of honey, green apples, grapefruit and white flowers. Just delicious with a light chill and a good decanting.

Great citrus and green fruit flavors. Perfect for risotto or fresh seafood dishes.

Very ver funky nose - most interesting. Rather meaty (grey meat from a roast chicken?). This dominates the palate, but there's some light floral notes behind. Extended finish. A very powerful white.

It wasn't until the tail end, with that delicious finish of wild mushrooms, that it really hit me how tasty this wine is.
