Food Pairings for Belon Rosé
Winemaking: Each variety of grapes is vinified separately to preserve the distinctive characteristics of each, then mixed to produce white wine Chateau Belon. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the clarity, purity and natural acidity of the grapes. After fermentation is complete, we begin the aging process by "Take the Lees." To do so, while the wine is aged 100% French oak barrels for a period of one year.
