Add your reviewMy favorite little wine shop down the street carries only two sparkling. This happens to be one of them, for good reason. It's drier than your average Prosecco with notes of apple and pear. A staple.
There is no better summer/party wine to be had. My lady and I call it "Italian champagne". Drink it in a Reidel flute "headache" cold. I am told it is a single fermentation Prosecco. Whatever, for the price and quality there is nothing better, especially at the holidays. With seafood: "FUGETABOUTIT" Excellent with Turkey at thanksgiving or Christmas. Beware the cork, it could kill someone twenty feet away, it is hugh!! I keep at least 10 cases in my wine cellar, the gold sleeves covering the corks look great in my bulk bins. Great to bring to dinner parties or give as xmas cheer. Bubbles that look like your ready to put the pasta in. They never stop
