Nice complexity and depth, but was slightly awkward when first released. Tasted in January 2007, it has come around nicely to reveal surprising flavor intensity and depth. Dense ruby/purple color followed by aromas of leather, underbrush, and cherries. However we doubt that the fruit will ever completely catch up with the tannins. Very limited.
