Winemakers Notes
It is pale green-yellow in color and possessed of distinctive toasted brioche and apple aromas which showcase the affect of long aging on the yeast. Crisp, lively and fresh toast flavors with zesty citrus-apple fruit highlight this vintage. The mousse (intensity of carbonation) is steady, the bubbles tiny, the taste delicious!
