It takes time to reach Alain Chatoux's hideaway in Ste Paule, some 700m<br/>above sea-level, but what an immense pleasure it is to look down over the steep<br/>vineyards which he works, and to taste his sublime Beaujolais. Even in lesser<br/>vintages the wine is a real pleasure, but in a great year such as 2009 it is<br/>absolutely sublime. His track record shows that even this simple Beaujolais<br/>will keep for many years - if you let it. Fill your boots. <br/>(Jasper Morris MW, BBR Buyer)
