Beaujolais Nouveau Pacalet 2010

External Review by Astor Wines & Spirits:

For the Beaujolais Nouveau, the grapes come from a parcel which Christophe rents in the village of Lantignie. The same vineyard he uses for his Beaujolais Villages. For his Nouveau, he uses his youngest vines (30 years old average).

Christophe Pacalet:
After some works in biochemistry and cooking, Christophe PACALET creates, in 1999 with his uncle Marcel LAPIERRE, the field “Les Marcellins”. It must be said, faithful to the philosophy of his uncle, Christophe leaves nothing to chance. Concerned about the quality of his wines and respectful of the environment, Christophe does his utmost to obtain the best grapes that he harvests and sorts with his team.
