Tasting Notes: a full glass of tenderness dominated by red ripe fruits Percentage Grape: Grape variety : 100% Gamay Age of the vines: 50 years old Soil: Location : north of lyon, in the southern part of the beaujolais appellation, right bank of the rhone. East exposure for 2/3 and top of the hill for 1/3. On the commune of Lucenay & Anse Soil : limestone & clay Date of Harvest: august 29th 2007 Type of Harvest: hand harvested Vinification Method: Vinification : hand harvested, no desteming, 5 first days of vating in concrete vats at a controlled temperature of 28°C (82 F°) and then 5 more days at a controlled T° of 20°C (68°F) before pressing. Date of Bottling: on demand Alcohol Percentage: 12 % Cork Material: normacorc
