Our 2010 offering has a proper helping of everything you look for in a balanced and refined Cabernet Sauvignon with ample polish at the end. A spice rack of currant, black cherry, crushed herbs, barrel toast, espresso beans and oak caramels pull up easily from the glass. Dominated by ripe plum, blackberry, sweet spices and dried black fruit make for a heft of full bodied flavor on the palate. Tannins chime in right on point in the middle of the palate and carry it back to over a minute on the finish. There is a striking seamlessness in the overall effect of this wine. From each angle, beginning to end, this wine possesses a refinement, sophistication and delicacy with a wanting and desire for another taste. She is after all, Juliet.
