The champagne, which has the slogan of Tonight's the Knight comes in a bottle encased in a 100% copper, hand-crafted suit of armor. Beau is made of 60 % Pinot Noir and 40 % Chardonnay derived from the finest grapes of Epernay, France.

Joie has been a constantly evolving concept that began as a guesthouse and critically acclaimed cooking school, located outdoors, formerly in our orchard. 100% recycled copper encases the bottle keeping it cool and well protected. Beau Joie is the celebrity Champagne choice of the moment, showing up at Hollywood parties, Hamptons Fetes and downtown clubs with regularity. And why not? This is first class bubbly produced by Bertrand Senecourt, famous for his sumptuous Charles Ellner Champagnes. A blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay with zero dossage for a dry beautifully elegant style.
