This wine offers an abundance of fruit and has distinct overtones of oak and spices. It should be enjoyed with Sicilian regional specialties including eggplant, lamb dishes and pasta with robust tomato sauces. Great with Spaghetti al la Putanesca or arrosticini (lamb or beef kabobs). The liter bottle makes this Nero D'avola an excepyional value.
