A full-bodied and rich Cabernet this wine is dark ruby in color with aromas of dark fruit and cloves. Flavors of black cherries and blackberries emerge upon the palate. The fruit is beautifully balanced with a smooth long finish. This wine has tremendous structure without the feel of excessive tannins or oak. Serve with grilled lamb chops or braised short ribs.

Black cherry, cloves and cinnamon excite the bouquet; flavors of berry fruit, tobacco, licorice and vanilla lead to the velvety finish. Full-bodied, yet refined. It’s like striking Silver. Oak flavors allow this blockbuster to work well with hearty fare and hard cheeses.
