Good Vintage: Vintage 1999 was one of the best vintages in the last decade. The summer was very warm from June to August with enough rain so the ripening period of the grapes was ideal.Grape Variety: This wine is a Riesling cuvee from the best vineyard sites from Deidesheim and Forst.Producer: The Jordan family started Wine Growing in the 18th century Friedrich von Bassermann-Jordan was the author of the seminal work on the History or Winegrowing.
