Features lots of ripe apple and peach flavors, made more interesting by a mineral note thatrsquo;s lurking beneath the surface (it should emerge more fully in a few yearsrsquo; time). Slightly viscous and quite sweet, but with firm acids on the finish to provide balance.

Slightly tart, this spicy white delivers citrus, vanilla bean and mineral notes on a firm structure. Good length. A little raw today, so give it time to settle down. Drink now through 2015.
