Barton & Guestier Red Bordeaux Blend St. Émilion NV
Wine Tasting Notes Pale straw and brilliant in color, this wine is pleasant and aromatic with intense floral notes (linden) and white fruit aromas (apple and pear). Initially, it is a round and soft sensation with nice freshness, intense mouth flavors, and a long fruity aftertaste.
83/100 points. Rudy red in color to rose at the rim. Bouquet of sweet lemonade and blackberry with hints of leather. Fairly simple in taste with a body of black currant, plum and lemongrass. Slightly sour finish, possibly due to acidity. Very short ending. Decent wine at the price point, but probably won't buy again.
mediocre pinot. Smooth and easy to drink but lacking in complexity. Ripe berries on the nose and a tad tannic on the palate.
