we knew we were drinking this young, so we gave it about 6 hours of decanting, with some sips along the way.
Nose of bright berry fruit, nice acidity, tea, spices, plum compote, more strawberries, and red licorice. It became more integrated by the time we were ready to drink it, but it was still very tight, and only starting to show its dimension and class. Needs a lot more time, special juice here.

Gorgeous, exotic nose, with plums, prunes, cedar and mushrooms. Full-bodied and hedonistic, with loads of ripe fruit and spices underneath. Long and velvety. This is magnificent.
