nose...vegatal, red fruit.......big attack with a long dry finish...nice fruit
Was not overly impressed with this one. Very earthy. Leather. Very little fruit at all. Almost nothing on the palate at first until you swallow and then it all comes rushing in. Finish does linger for a bit but it's all earth and leather but with decent tannins. Got this for ten bucks at the local liquor store. I can list a ton of wines for ten dollars that I'd prefer to this one. Try the '09 Augey Bordeaux. Not quite as earthy and with lots more fruit for the same price. May have been better with a big thick steak. Didn't match well with spaghetti. Drinkable, but that's about it.
The fruit and minerality of this wine balance beautifully. I have to say that I enjoy all wine varietals for all of their unique attributes, but to me, the Mouton Cadet Bordeaux Blanc is what a Sauvignon Blanc based blend should taste like. And you can't beat the price point!
Beautiful, light golden color. Very fruity aroma immediately upon opening. Pineapple and honeydew coming across on the nose. Crisp and refreshing, low alcohol (12%). If Italian Pinot Grigio and CA Sauvignon Blanc had a baby, it would taste like this! Great buy - absolutely enjoyed it!

Light straw in color. A fresh nose with floral notes and a hint of toast. Expressive with ripe fruit and a slight mineral tinge.
Most everybody's first Bordeaux is back for another year, with fruity black cherry aromas spiked with just a touch of vanilla and cedar. Juicy acidity keeps this crowd-pleaser lively through the lightly tannic finish. A good introduction to the genre.
Clean and fresh, with berry and mineral character. Medium-bodied, with slightly chewy tannins and a medium finish. Well-made for the vintage. Real Bordeaux for a good price. Best from 2010 through 2013.
In der Nase fruchtig, im Gaumen angenehm, mit feinem Tannin. Weiche Säure, ausgewogen, mit guter Struktur.
A dense red with a pronounced purple tint. The nose is expressive and complex, rich in fresh and ripe fruit aromas, especially red cherry and morello cherry, with a touch of spice.
The wine has a clean, brilliant cherry red colour. The nose is very attractive, on morello cherry and ripe berry fruit aromas with a highly elegant floral touch.
Medium bodied with aromas of dark cassis, black cherry, and some green vegetable; hints of spice and herbs on the palate with good balance of acidity, alcohol, and tannins. For everyday drinking. Pork tenderloin.
