The new winery, designed with our Special Reserve wines and small-lot winemaking in mind, combines state-of-the-art winemaking technology with a hands-on approach to artisanal winemaking. Also at the winery is Tierra Sur Restaurant, serving seasonal Mediterranean cuisine for both lunch and dinner.
Fruit and oak bomb lurking behind big tannins. This wine is still very tight, but improves after a couple hours in the decanter. Lots of cherry and oak come out after it gets lots of air.
