While in Paris in 1999 and 2003, I got to like the house Rose wines served at the restaurants. When I came back home to the USA, I shopped for French Rose wines that tasted like the wines I had in Paris. This is the only one that tasted the same. All of the other French Rose wines available in the USA had a bitter or somewhat sulfur taste to them. When I found Baron d'Ariginac, I was very pleased and now, when I can find it, I will buy 6 or more bottles. You should serve it chilled of course. Perhaps part of the reason I like this wine so much is that it reminds me of the great experience my wife and I had while in France. My wife and I also consume Cabernets. Larry S.
