Soil: vineyard Villero of around a hectare with Southwest exposure, altitude 350-380 m. in Castiglione Falletto (CN).<br/><br/>Date of Harvest: 2004/10/18<br/><br/>Type of Harvest: handworking<br/><br/>Vinification Length: 15 days<br/><br/>Vinification Method: in horizontal casks to temperature checked with 15 days of maceration on the peels. Aging: 4 years in oak barrels from 15 Hl and from 500 litres.<br/><br/>Vinification Temperature: 28° C<br/><br/>Age of Barrel: 7/8 years<br/><br/>Type of Wood: oak barrels<br/><br/>Level of Toast: no<br/><br/>Malolactic: yes<br/><br/>Fining Collage: matured in bottles for 18 months.<br/><br/>Bottle Type: Bordolese<br/><br/>Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l<br/><br/>Cork Material: cork<br/><br/>Cork Size: 50x26
