Winemaker's Notes:

Davide's highest, ESE-facing vineyard, it's warmed by the early-morning sun,doesn't get too hot and bothered and is well ventilated...the result: abracingly pure, crunchy-berried wine that carries the vintage beautifully,without losing sight of its roots. Still taut and temperamental, this is a winefor the cellar, one that will probably open up from 2013 onwards. One for lambcutlets, yes sir! (David Berry Green, BBR Buyer)
