Soil: Obtained from Nebbiolo grapes cultivated in the Barolo production area of "Le Coste" and of "Fantini di Bussia" in Monforte d'Alba, Piedmont, Italy<br/><br/>Type of Harvest: Handworking<br/><br/>Vinification Method: The procedure of fermentation follows tradition, and consists in a long period of maceration of the peels in the must. More than 2 years ageing in medium-size oak barrels (500 lt Tonneaux) followed by another year of bottle-ageing allows us to offer an ageworthy wine of great quality.<br/><br/>Type of Wood: French Oak<br/><br/>Level of Toast: medium<br/><br/>Fining Collage: bottle<br/><br/>Bottle Type: bordolese<br/><br/>Cork Material: cork
