Soil: Calcified, clay marl.<br/><br/>Growing Climate: Sun with temperature 18-22° C<br/><br/>Date of Harvest: Middle of October<br/><br/>Type of Harvest: Traditional (hand made)<br/><br/>Vinification Method: Classical method with fermentation of about thirty days and with fairly lengthy macerations followed by long maturations of about three years in 30 or 50-hectolitre oak Slavonian barrels and 12 months' bottle-ageing before release. We don't use barrique!!<br/><br/>Age of Barrel: 70 years<br/><br/>Type of Wood: Slavonian oak<br/><br/>Extract: 28.3 g/l<br/><br/>Color Intensity: Ruby red, very intensive red<br/><br/>Fining Collage: in bottle<br/><br/>Bottle Type: Bordolese antica<br/><br/>PH: 3.58<br/><br/>Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l<br/><br/>Total Acidity: 5.5 g/L<br/><br/>Free SO2: 11 Mg/L<br/><br/>Cork Material: Cork<br/><br/>Cork Size: 45 mm of length
