Soil: Calcified, clay marl.<br/><br/>Growing Climate: Sun with temperature 18-22° C<br/><br/>Date of Harvest: Middle of October<br/><br/>Type of Harvest: Traditional (hand made)<br/><br/>Vinification Method: Classical method with fermentation of about thirty days and with fairly lengthy macerations followed by long maturations of about three years in 30 or 50-hectolitre oak Slavonian barrels and 12 months' bottle-ageing before release.
