What to Expect

Cabenet Sauvignon: Originally of French origins, this versatile grape produces exceptional wines around the globe. It's usually medium to full bodied with a fine structure that supports black and red fruit flavors with typical notes of olive, chili and herbs that add complexity.

Winemakers Notes

This deep garnet Cabernet Sauvignon from our Altitude Series is derived in our cooler climate high altitude vineyard at Mashav Alma (624 meters above sea level) in the Upper Galilee to achieve its intense body and taste, solid tannic structure and elegant finish. Oak aged for 15 months , the sweetness of raspberries and black cherries, Oriental Spices,as well as vanilla and cinnamon, provide a tantalizing sensory experience. This wine pairs well with red meats, pasta, lamb and strong cheeses. Enjoy the true height of distinction

Reviews

Intriguing aroma, captivating jewel toned hue, beautiful infusion of berries and smooth vanilla almost chocolatey! Tannin settles well, and is very refreshing, not overpowering at all. It is a lovely drink and is by far one of my favorite cabernets to date! Very Enjoyable and great with Warming Savory Meals! Yum! Divine Wine! :)
