Barefoot Chardonnay Premier NV
Editorial Reviews for Barefoot Chardonnay Premier
Over-ripe and sweet on the nose with papaya, mango and pineapple fruit with hints of boiled chestnut and buttery toast. Flat and round in the mouth. This is one dimensional with sweet papaya fruit, low acid, a creamy texture and a hint of lemon on the modest finish. 80pts
Earthy and yeasty with fairly neutral aromatics. In the mouth this has coarse mousse with some nice fruit that’s a bit rough around the edges and virtually no finish. 82pts
Mandarin oranges on the nose, tastes of green apple with hints of peach and citrus. Nondescript finish.
Really not much to this at all. White grape and apple comes through quite obviously, but there is little else going on. An alright wine at a low price.
This is one of the few very whites that I enjoy. Nice aroma and crisp on the palate. This is a bargain for less that $10.
Excellent for the bargain price.

This is a modest Chard, yet itrsquo;s clean and vibrant, with proper varietal character in the peach and apple flavors, with a dollop of oak and cream.

A bright, lemony wine, with good juicy acidity and hints of melon, spice and mandarin orange. Drink now.

Dripping with honeyed peach and Fuji apple flavors, it’s as smooth and golden as… gold. Medium-weight with a sweet vanilla aroma. Yum!
