Barefoot Cellars Champagne Blend Sonoma Valley Premium Extra Dry 2001

Very good for its price tag...The first note is sweet, slightly green but not overpowering...As it hits the palate it evolves into a more mature champagne, with little to no seltzer taste that most cheap champagnes seem to encompass...Very feathery, and medium bodied...excellent champagne to enjoy with creamy desserts such as white chocolate, caramel, and even icecream...Delicate and buttery, a must-try...
Nice level of acidity on the mouth with a good warm body. Hints of stone fruits, pineapple, and other tropical fruits. A solid choice for the price range.
I know it's not made from NY State Riesling grapes but that's what it tastes like to me, green apple, citrus, acidity, better than I expected, 85 pts. solid value
Sweet and not too dry. Great with dessert or just enjoying by the fire.
This is currently the favorite under-$10 bottle of bubbly of my wife and me. Went great with our shrimp cocktail and salad that we had for dinner. Dry with a touch of fruit.

Not really dry, but off-dry to semisweet, with pleasant flavors of citrus fruits, peaches, brioche, vanilla and spice. Nice with fresh fruit and sweet country ham.
Frankly sweet, with sugared peach pie flavors, including the toasted crust, this sparkling wine is clean and smooth in texture. Itandrsquo;s a good value.
In Champagne-speak, “extra dry” actually means somewhat sweet, which this bubbly is. But it’s so clean and crisp, it never tastes cloying. Will be nice with wedding cake or, for more everyday occasions.

Traditional in the name and style! Barefoot Bubbly Extra Dry Champagne is the crowd pleaser of the bunch. This Chardonnay Champagne offers simmilar aromas and flavors as Barefoot Bubbly Brut Cuvee, however, Barefoot Bubbly Extra Dry is creamier, rounder on the palate, and a hint sweeter. Like all of the Barefoot Bubblies — Barefoot Bubbly Extra Dry Champagne is a great choice for making everyday occasions more special!
