Food Pairings for Barefoot Cellars Champagne Blend Sonoma Valley Bubbly
It's 8 bucks, max. Have it with burgers: you'll get a juicy green apple, a grassy effervescence. Adjust your expectations to match exactly what you paid for the bottle, and you'll be just fine. I'd buy it again.
I have the worst time trying to open the Barefoot Bubbly brut cuvee by myself, even using rubber can openers, i can never open 1 of those by myself, must ask a man, or use pliers, the company should try and open a bottle, I have hurt my hands!!!
Light, slightly toasted nose. Pleasant flavors of almond and toast.
Yeasty, in a very strong way, with apple, pear, hay, and grass on the nose. The mouth is crisp, sweet, and short. Mostly pleasant.
citrus, lemon-like biscuit aromas, very crisp, refreshing with enjoyable citrus flavors on the palate, a slight slight nuttiness too combined with the lemon rind. a great value
Limes on the nose, with some delicate straw aromas. Clean and lemony with a nice crispness. Slate and chalk flavors on the finish, with a soft sweetness that rounds it out
Big bubbles--the size of soda carbonation--in this sparkling chardonnay from California. Dry citrus aromas and flavors. Not much going on here. Nothing objectionable--except the label, which says CHAMPAGNE. I thought that was illegal?? But nothing to make you seek it out either. Better options out there from Spain at under $10. Charmant method (secondary fermentation prior to bottling).

The Chard gives is lightness and lift, with a hint of peaches and cream. Dry and clean in bubbles and rich in yeast.
Winemaker's Notes: Barefoot Pinot Grigio California Champagne bubbles over with refreshing flavors of citrus and pleaseing aromas of sweet orange blossoms. Our Pinot Grigio Champagne is perfect alone and when served with fresh fruit, grilled fish, and white sauce pastas.
Nice and dry, with crisp acidity and a good stream of bubbles, this sparkler has pleasantly yeasty flavors of peaches and cream. The finish is clean and satisfying.
A “softer” style of brut sparkling wine, this chardonnay-dominated blend performs surprisingly well; the bead is medium fine, and shows apple/pear notes on the nose and palate; the finish is medium long; considering it can sometimes be found under the $10 suggested retail price, it reflects an outstanding value.
This distinctly fruity sparkler is infused with flavors of honey, green apple, peach and lemon. It’s clean and zesty, with a lingering finish. A nice sparkling wine to drink with just about anything.
The natural fruit flavors of pomegranate, cranberry and juicy plum marry to form the perfect bubbly union. - Winery
Crisp and lively, showing aromas of lemon curd and white chocolate, with vibrant flavors of baked apple and spiced nuts. Drink now.
Our Bubbly Brut Cuvée adds a festive touch to occasions, whether it's a barbeque with friends or a quiet night in. Delightful aromas of tangy green apples and sweet jasmine kick things off, followed by the delicious flavors of kiwi and peach. Its long, fresh finish makes for a grand finale. Food Pairing: Perfect partner for desserts, appetizers and anything spicy.
Green apple, jasmine, hints of kiwi and peach flavors bubble up for a crisp finish. Bubbling with aromas of Chardonnay, it’s our most traditional bubbly.
