Tasting Notes: From the homonymous vine. Harvested in the end of September, beginning of October , using a medium - long maceration, depending on the vintage. Malolactic fermentation, subsequent pouring, and storage in steel containers. Bottled and put on the market the following harvest. It is a wine characterized by a good acidity, pleasant as a young wine, an intense good colour and for the fruityness. A good body, and a wine also very interesting to age. Percentage Grape: Barbera Soil: ardilla e carcaro Date of Harvest: End of september Type of Harvest: Entirely by hand Vinification Length: 10 days Vinification Method: Traditional Vinification Temperature: 28° C. Age of Barrel: 1 - 2 years Type of Wood: Rebere franch Malolactic: fatta Alcohol Percentage: 13.5 %
