Citrussy and floral on the nose with a very sharp and assertive character that is penetrating and sweet with a coarse maple syrup note. Fine in the mouth with wonderful balance and integration that is both savory and fruity with layered vanilla and quince notes on the palate. This is a touch toasty with a pleasant astringent note on the finish 92pts
