Ruby red in color with a bouquet that exhibits berry and floral aromas. Round and soft with medium body, good acidity and balanced tannins. Recommended with beef sauteed in spicy sauce and Tuscan herbs. Also popular in Tuscany with artichoke and sausage souffle.
