RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

The 2007 Chianti Cetamura is soft and accessible in its red cherries, flowers, tobacco and earthiness. The aromas are already rather forward, and this value-priced wine is best enjoyed over the next year or two. Anticipated maturity: 2009-2011.
Medium garnet. More expansive than the regular Chianti; less floral and more briary on the nose. Ripe plum and rhubarb flavors are complemented by roasted espresso beans and mocha. Full, rich and sweet, but with plenty of grip. Firm tannins lead the way to a satisfying finish.
Plenty of menthol-toasty oak surrounds the dark cherry fruit in a wine and ample and fairly soft mouthfeel. Cedar, cocoa and mild spices mark the finish, with its powdery tannins.
The value-priced 2000 Chianti Cetamura is a heady, light to medium-bodied effort displaying notions of strawberry and cherry jam presented in a fruity, simple format. It requires consumption over the next 1ndash;3 years.
Named after the winemaker, this cuvée is more internationally styled than the other, more traditional wines from Badia. Black-purple in color, with a pretty strawberry-black cherry bouquet and plenty of silky, supple fruit mingled between modest tannins. Try this with pork roast, and especially with veal.
Luminous ruby color. Forest berries, spices, leather, moist earth and dried plum, layered in the aroma. Soft, round taste, well-balanced acidity and clean and persistent aftertaste. Very pleasing, and ready to drink.
