A bright and sweet Chianti that pairs incredibly well with a tomato-based food dish. Balanced nicely by a salty meat like pepperoni. Would be great for a wine, cheese and meat night with friends.
Note from winetasting: fruity
Good not great but nice with meat or pasta. Price is right
Light, hint of fruit (black cherry), taste the oak, excellent smooth finish. Compari, Chatham MA
Wonderful wine for the price.....slight twist on a traditional chianti using the Canaiolo.

The 2011 Chianti Cetamura is a soft, floral wine with attractive red fruit and a medium-bodied structure that suggests it needs to be enjoyed over the next 1–2 years. Anticipated maturity: 2012–2013.

Bright light red. Enticing aromas of red cherry, cinnamon, flowers and licorice. Juicy and vibrant in the mouth, with harmonious acidity framing the red fruit, spice and floral flavors. Finishes long and crisp. Great entry-level wine.
It looks brilliant, intense ruby ??red color and is expressed on the nose with aromas of cherry, blackberry, cinnamon and cloves. The taste is full, balanced, full-bodied and soft, with good structure. The acidity is well balanced, the clean and persisten
A delightful new release from Badia Al Coltibuono! Lovely aromas of cherry and fresh cut roses with a juicy mouth-feel and elegant structure. The perfect wine for pizza night.
Bright red. Underbrush, plum and lavender on the nose. Juicy and fresh in the mouth, with nicely delineated flavors of dark fruits but slightly less concentration than the 2011 version. The finish is crisp and moderately long. This is a very good wine for its price, but the 2011 strikes me as fruitier and more focused. The 2010 Chianti Cetamura possesses lovely energy and complexity at this level, with plenty of Sangiovese character backed up by lively acidity. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2014.
