You'll notice ripe apples and a nose hinting of grapefruit zest combined with floral scents. The citrus / grapefruit flavor is more apparent in the mouth, but not overwhelming, with a touch of chalkiness and minerality. This wine holds a good body with some richness. It is dry with good acidity. This wine will pair well with fish, seafood, chicken... the usual suspects.
Great Sauvignon, fresh, tasty and always welcome!
This is the best sauvingnon Blanc I've ever had, very pleasant passionfruit aromas with hints of tropical fruits. Unfortunately I can only purchase at resturants in Australia., not available through bottle shop retailers or via online purchase. Would go to extremes to get a dozen bottles. Debbie
Clear. Tropical fruit, lime. Nice complexity, crisp with lime finish. Not as acidic as 2005. Very good
A good wine for the money. Lots of citrus, clean, honest. A good summer quaff.
