Babich Riesling(2006)

Tasting Notes:
Floral orange blossom and lime/ citrus with a hint of slate on the nose. The palate is finely balanced, delicate yet intense with juicy lime/ lemon, green apples and an intriguing mineral note that lingers with the fruit. Well judged acidity lends focus and a dry finish.

Recommended Food:
An excellent partner to a wide range of foods, ideal with Asian dishes, or try it with mussel and kumara patties, drizzled with home-made lime-spiked mayonnaise.

Recommended Cellaring:
0-5 years
