The 2001 Silver Label Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich blend of grapes from our Estate Olive Hill Vineyards in Sonoma Valley, and grapes from the Paso Robles area of the California Central Coast region. The 2001 vintage has the full fruit flavors of black cherry, currant and berry with a touch of cassis. Hints of vanilla from aging in French and American oak barrels combine complexity and depth of character resulting in a high quality Cabernet Sauvignon. TECHNICAL DATA: Blend: 42% Sonoma County Olive Hill Estate, 58% San Luis Obispo County • Alcohol:14.0% Aged: in premium French and American oak • Cases produced:12,000
