B. R. Cohn Cab Sauvolive Hill Est 2004

Winemaker's Notes:

Notes on the B.r. Cohn Olive Hill Vnd Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon 2004 375 Ml : 375ML Half BottleWINEMAKER NOTES: The warm 2004 growing season, along with a light crop and small concentrated berries produced a full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with rich, ripe fruit. This wine has deep aromas of cherry, black currant, and plum, wrapped in French oak, anise and mint. Luscious berry and cherry flavors fill the palate, and silky tannins follow through to a warm, lasting finish. This wine was fermented in small lots and aged for 24 months in the finest tight-grain French oak barrels. B.R. COHN OLIVE HILL VND SONOMA CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2004 375 ML

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
